Security Deposit
$300.00 security deposit is due when making your vacation home rental reservation. After your vacation is finished, the property manager is going to perform an inspection on the vacation home. $300.00 security deposit will be refunded to you upon the satisfaction report from property manager within one week.
Rental Payments
Total balance of rental payment is due 60 days before your scheduled check-in date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation

The refundable security deposit and rental payment could be varied according to the receiving date of the cancellation notice. See the following table for detail:
